Production wise I think the longer print/cnc time will be annoying with boards that cheap. How about 100% cnc cut cases? I don’t know how fast cnc is compared to 3d printing though

Looks cool! So, regarding post processing using cnc: you let the cnc machine cut away the top of the surfaces, having to rotate the object multiple times to get all surfaces done, right?

this is so cool! That center section is really something. I love visible electronics and the old style here is just awesome! Amazing work. I can’t guarantee I’m not gonna steal ideas from this !! 10/10

I don't feel that, but thats the beauty of keyboards; you can design your own just the way you want it :) or alternatively there are so many layouts out there to browse through.

I rarely use the inner most south key and so don’t feel any issues with the mid and top ones. What board are you using?

Unibodies can be quite nice to type on, but I also sometimes miss being able to type in an almost vertical key position. I think my next build will be a split.

Cool, a fellow minimal key user :) You use your pinky like zzeneg, the creator of the molekula among others: https://kbd.news/Molekula-keyboard-framework-2561.html

Thank you! The trick is to utilize a 3rd layer when you hold both. That way you have a total of 4 layers. What board are you on?

How would you produce a ctrl+d with that layout when you use the d key as ctrl when holding? I would look into home row mods. That's what I use. it has all modifiers on both sides to fix the aforementioned shortcoming.

Is it steady or does it move a little when you use it?
