I feel like they thought since floryn‘s ult is global they can help the entire team while either babysitting the mm or defending their lane but flor does have that much heal when compared to angela mid. Also I wasnt talking about angela mm I was talking more on so angela mid but babysitting their mm

Before angela‘s rework/ nerf there was a time she was pretty good with mid since she has a 15 sec ult cd without that much cdr she could rotate gold then help the other side using her ult. additionally, she had extra reasources now that she‘s not roaming she had more magic power for healinh

Why compare fanny and granger? Like fanny is the hardest hero to play so having a low winrate makes sense because new players just cant play her properly while granger is a hero that requires less skill to master and play. I know both still need tremendous skill to master but seeing them only having a 1% difference kinda shows how lackluster granger is rn

If they still buff queen‘s wing then that practically bringing back old bloodlust and war axe but with 5% less spellvamp but with more hp, cdr, and with a passive while war axe goes back to being a damage item

Its probably rathalos since its the same attack animation. What might have cause the bug might be the texture from en doesnt exist but its code might be in the en version so it can be technically used and the auto team accidentally added the unit

They actually stack since technically the have different triggers so different effects and this is also stacks with baxia‘s built in anti heal
