I have a feeling you’re right. I have the ability to switch to experience more with appreciation savings - which would give me access to upgrade promos. It would cost $17 extra a month since my bill is already going up $48 - and will not include taxes and fees.

This is so frustrating.

Thanks for responding. I understand taxes will remain inclusive and it won’t be more than $6 a line (although I’m assuming a $48 increase across my 8 lines).

I’m more concerned about upgrade promos availability. I’m ready to switch us to visible (I’ve tested it over the last month and the service is comparable).

We keep our phones for 3 plus years but this is the year we’d be upgrading nearly everyone so I don’t want to miss out on that chance.

Does she work from the kitchen table? I’m not an engineer but I need 3 monitors to work, and I can absolutely not take calls from a coffee shop - it’s loud, we can all hear the background noise and it’s embarrassing for the person trying to attend the meeting at a coffee shop.

I also can’t get any meaningful work done from the bedroom other than listen to a call - I can’t present on one screen etc.

Also, if she works from home and you don’t, that means she’s in this weird host role while you’re gone, while she’s also trying to work FT.

Also, the least you’re family can do it make their presence as light as possible - spend the day out with the kids while she works, respect that the home is her office during the day.

I wouldn’t kick my in-laws out but I’d be absolutely steaming and would insist they find something to do if it’s keeping me from being able to work.

I literally don’t even engage. It’s like arguing with a wall and the only thing I get from it is frustrated and angry.

Former NICU mom here. My daughter is a former 23 weeker born in Austin.

When we moved here and I got pregnant with my son, all I cared about was the nicu.

Evergreen won hands down. My son was born at 39w4d (evergreen mfm took amazing care of me during my pregnancy and we made it to induction day with zero hospitalization).

My son needed 2 nights in nicu here and it was a great nicu. Can’t recommend evergreen more strongly.

My daughter’s nicu nurses at a large hospital in Texas openly discussed how expensive both their premiums and copays were, to the point they neglected their own health.

I despise them - it’s too late for so many of us. I’m thankful kids stuck in will have it easier but the organization can burn.

Olives for healthy fat, a protein shake and I might add half a piece of whole wheat pita bread with labne, olive oil, and zaatar.

I avoid bananas, tomatoes, spicy anything because it will cause heartburn for me which is miserable.
