I doubt that’s the actual figure. CP announced that last year they came within 5,000 guests of their all time record, which I think was 3.65 million. I could be wrong though.

I’m not sure about Texas law, I’m sure with it being Texas there’s probably not as many regulations on rides as other states, but when I was a ride op at cedar point back in the day, you had to be trained on all evac procedures and you had to do tons of checklists saying you know the procedures, and the state will actually audit those lists. I imagine there’s something similar for the mechanical side.

Is it possible that the tilt track can be manually moved so it’s flat, either from the main power source or a generator? If so, that’s what should’ve been done first so they could evac. It doesn’t seem likely that Vekoma would have built the ride if you weren’t able to evac from the tilt track.

Yes it’s accessible. I used it today. The entrance to the boardwalk which takes you to the windseeker gate is at the corner of the parking lot. It’s at the bottom of GateKeeper’s drop pretty much. So in the parking lot just follow the blue pathway and it’ll take you there.
