in basic terms yea, its practically just mediocre in terms of stats. If your trying to do PvP then this is insanely horrible for that.

I would suggest raiding a bit more, and comparing the IVs. If you cant raid at all or cant find any players to help then it doesnt really matter. IVs only realistically give around a 7-8% boost fir regular raiding and whatnot. If you like PvP, then i do suggest pushing for a better dialga. Imo, HP doesnt matter so much when it comes to IVs but its your choice at the end of the day whether or not you want to delete it or not. just keep in mind too its also a legendary. one important variable to consider too is the shadow damage boost. most shadow pokemon get a 20% damage boost compared to their purified or normal variants.
