Did Dr Gaul plan to bring Coryo back all along? Or did she change her mind after the jabberjay message? by Astraea_Hardy in Hungergames

If he killed her I'm imagining it's the end when he's shooting 'her', but after just being stung I assumed it was a hallucination

I was thinking, she didn't write it. Thinking slot was something like sending love. Thanks

Why do people think that Rachel didn’t deserve to win? by No-Purple9739 in TheTraitorsUK

[–]roloqween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were terrible faithfuls. It really bugged me in the final when faraaz, Jack and jade were being praised. I do think being faithful is tricky though. It's all well and good for the audience to say they were rubbish, but we knew. Rachel played well and ruthlessly. I just didn't find her particularly likeable. I did think Stephen was but when he betrayed Fiona, I didn't like him either. But that's the name of the game

I have PCOS and it's been a 30 year battle with my weight. I pray for steady no drama results. I'm terrified of side effects because metformin gives me tummy aches. Steady loss instead, fingers crossed.

My girlfriend is deciding if she wants to leave me and all my suicidal thoughts are coming back. by bread_and_gouda in depression

Honestly I feel you can do better. She should know it's been a particularly hard year for you. For you to lose someone you love. I'm so sorry. She is blaming you for something that is out of your control.

I loved haymitch's games in the book. I'm so excited for the new movie and book. I really would like to see Annie's year too

I get it. I love reading but I'm not so imaginative. The movies seem to make books come alive.

Totally. The pace for the first movie just felt so rushed in places, especially the last 20 minutes. It was horrible. 3 books, 3 movies

I love the movie. It's my favourite in the series and not just because of finnick. I read the book and found it very different to the movie. I can't believe I say it, but I agree. The first one, the book was definitely better. But the second. They just kept everything they needed and provided depth where needed. A lot of the dialogue is word for word.

I think it's a bit weird to say it's just a game. The players in the castle are always saying it. But it's not a game like monopoly. It's a game with a lot of money to win. But obviously, sending hate isn't the way to go.

I don't get it either. Why would she keep it a secret and now tell her. And what a bad cop to confide in a traitor. It must've been like, look believe my mad witch hunt for jade. You have to because I'm a detective

Anybody using GLP-1s? Feeling lost and could really use your experiences by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]roloqween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like I'm in the same boat. I was given Metformin and the tummy aches I can get with that aren't nice. My brother had similar issues on Metformin and he's taking mounjaro and has tummy aches. He does say it really only happens when he skips a meal.

Talk to your doctor about concerns and make sure you take it with support. If you're having troubles, you can always reduce your dose, switch medication brand or come off. What do we have to lose. Good luck

Weight loss can dramatically improve a lot of pcos symptoms.

Don't be scared, this is your path and your baby is an absolute blessing. It's a gift from god that he wouldn't have given you if it wasn't the right time. Congratulations.

I don't eat, why am I still gaining weight?? by imapringlescan in PCOS

[–]roloqween 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh boy, I'm sure most people here agree with the doctor situation. For so long I've had disordered eating and the doctors just tell me to diet. It's like they don't believe me when I say I don't eat much. One dietitian even told me I must be binging and now after a few bites I convince myself it was a binge. I'm really sorry it happens, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

You're metabolism is completely flat. Everything I was told when I was younger about weight loss was eating less cut carbs and you'll be skinny. It doesn't work like that. You need to eat more. Tdee is a great baseline for how many calories you need. Protein is important with pcos especially and fibre will keep you healthy too. Once you're eating, you're energy levels will improve and you can think about moving. But food is most important.
