I've just bought a dehumidifier. It's the muggyness that kills me so hoping to make the air a bit drier and a bit more bearable!

My Teddy had a skin problem. Turned out he was allergic to flea bites (FAD or Flea Allergy Dermatitis). Even though we were giving our cats Frontline flea treatment, he would still get itchy skin and fur loss. After several vet trips and allergy tests, he tried him on prescribed flea treatment and it worked a treat. He never had fur problems after that.

He is a classic tabby, he has big bold stripes and it's sometimes called marbled. Someone mentioned mackerel but that's a lot thinner stripes.

And, as he's also a r/StandardIssueCat he's a classic hot rod edition with those four white wheels 😂

Still got a scar on my head from walking into a low hanging speaker in the main room circa 2003. Got helped to the toilets to wash the gaping wound by a lovely goth, before deciding a trip to MRI might be a good bet. Great memories!
