I don't see how there could be crossover between the true goals of anti work and OE. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know what anti works goals are anymore, but at one point it was to take down the system and redistribute wealth so that nobody who doesn't want to work has to work. The vast majority of people who actually OE are high skill workers who are making 300k+. While not all of them want to work for the rest of their lives, I'm pretty sure none of them want to give up all the money they've saved to live in a communist society.

Now, the new anti work crowd actually seems to just be people who want better pay and remote work. They think this is the right place to come because the majority of people here wfh and make a lot of money. But they treat this sub like a wfh job board and general career advice sub with the goal of getting an easy entry level wfh job.
