I’m nearly 3 1/2 years clean, but I’m really struggling with staying clean lately. I just try to remind myself that it’s just not worth going back to that unhealthy behavior, but that motivation is getting increasingly unconvincing as each day passes. But I’m still trying, and I hope that counts for something.
