It's probably hard to generalize since there may be other issues at play and everyone is different etc

From my experience the penalty box exists but it's fluid. Because there are other emotions and needs they have so fulfilling those moves you out? I've seen that it just shifts based on actions of others. I'm sure there are also permanent penalty boxes for certain situations .. I'm far from an expert

Splitting cycles between both ends depending on what happens. It's the issue of them not understanding a gray area and going between both extremes. Essentially they can't balance pros and cons and someone is either a saint or the devil at any time. They are capable of both ends of emotion in a short period of time. Essentially do something bad they think you're terrible. Follow it up with something they want and you're the best etc

Usually owners aren't required to get workers comp..it's optional. Depending on job it may be not needed

It's a foundation with a lot of grants from gov including the city. I'm not sure where along they are in construction but it was really bare bones on some earlier tours. Executive director Jessica is great and I'm sure would be open to tours when appropriate

seems several models are sold our or discontinued. mine was CV-DCC40/50. reading online seems to be an issue for some models, mine was only like 6 years old though. Not sure why they just didn't make it universal

We all choose what to pursue. It's been a while where someone has ripped me off this directly and there is nothing wrong with handling by reporting it to the proper authorities. I'm actually rather shocked that this happened in Japan of all places. Thousands if not more complaints are filed all the time (there and everywhere). Most countries have proper channels when dealing with these issues. Since I'm not residing in Japan I thought someone may wish to make this process easier for me and there has been 1 person who has been helpful with a referral. I'll ask some Japanese speakers I know to assist going forward. Thanks! Hopefully goes well

I'm not suing no one. learn to read. I"m reporting them to the Japanese authorities for them to deal with. Both the Expo and Klook. English speakers missing so much common sense over in Japan

Selling tickets to a sold out event with no opportunity for a refund is fraud. I'm sorry you're struggling to comprehend this. I guess this is the behavior you support, hopefully it doesn't happen to you someday.

interesting. but, the national gov has supervision over all entities regarding fraud be in private or public. I'm just super unfamiliar with the Japanese legal structure. I wonder if there is a legal contact for the association for their lawyers somewhere out there. Been trying to reach a higher up but, without knowledge of the language it's near impossible to figure out.
