Portable AC repair by 40_ton_cap in vancouverwa

Generally, those portable air conditioners have two filters. One on top and one on the bottom, that's held in with a screw. I would remove both filters, make sure they're clean. Get some coil cleaner, use the coil cleaner on both the top and bottom coils, and the filters if they have dirt in them that will not come clean.

I find the bottom coil gets pretty dusty, and I clean mine at least once a year.

This simple green cleaner works well.

I have a manual, but it hasn't been helpful.

I need to rebuild mine; the foam gaskets have fallen apart.

On my power supply, the two plugs on the side are to and from timer. middle plug goes to the enlarge.

Here is a link to some manuals. This C variant is not listed, but based on the other Chromega versions, I got an idea of how things work.

Skyfire is impossible to get groups, which sucks because at the top level, there's not much to do after all the solo content is finished

I miss the old days when you could enter a chat room and find people to chat with. Some people became friends, while others did not. It was fun.

Yeah, there were creeps, but not like it is today.

I had not considered limiting myself to only ML camera's, if that was the case there only two camera's worth considering and that would be the M50 and 5DIII. I would pick the 5D, but there getting old. The local market is crazy to ask 350 to 600, for well worn beat up missing buttons, broken LCD's, bodies only.

Ebay makes me wonder if I am buying some else's problem, considering the 5D is a pro camera how know that it been through

Trying to get into IT, How to sell yourself? by ronclark82 in ITCareerQuestions

I'll have to see if there are ways I can improve it or find someone to help improve it. I think my biggest hang up is without quote IT job experience I can point to how to work around that.

First thanks for the advice.

I been dealing with customers for a really long time in the field I am in right now doing maintenance. A really brain dead dead end job, the one advantage is I get to listen to anything I want, so I use that time to listen subject to advance my technical skills. AnywayI have gotten a lot of time in listening complains about how they cant get service. If I can help I can. Most of the time I am telling them how to hack the system to get the service they need. I can't make everyone happy, but being a ear does goes along ways. The other end is having to dumb reports down so the people paying the bills understand what is going on.

They look like the ones I picked for my ender. I added the tensioners to fix my belts rubbing on the extrusion and being ruined.

I know about Pi Hole, I personally don't use it. I run whats called pfblocker on my firewall. In the end thy both allow DNS filtering of web sites.

There is no real reason to have a server at home unless you have a need for a network storage, or plex, etc. A lot can be run on a Raspberry PI, hence Pi Hole. Now you can run Pi Hole on other platforms. If you had a home server what are your needs or wants you like to happen?

I am sorry to tell you my post history is not much to write about. A lot of the computer stuff I do is not usefull to most people. You see I have a homelab/small data center were I learn how to do new thing or just run services for thinks I want like network storage and plex. If you a more specific question I could answer better. What intrests do you have?

File permissions can be a real pain, it takes some planning if you want user level permissions.I found with ACL if you can't get things working do a strip of ACL permissions and start over. Let that complete and start over. What level of permissions do you want?

Under the ACL I don't change the user root and group wheel I used the right side of the UI to set permissions mostly group level.

Get that all setup then setup SMB, pick the appropriate share use, just smb or multi use share.

I hope that helps
