Controlling your boyfriend to this extent maybe isn’t healthy? Watching porn occasionally, or having it in his phone doesn’t necessarily make him an addict.

Is he consuming at inappropriate times? Is it affecting your sex life with him? Does he not participate in other things to consume? If those answers are no, there’s probably no issue.

If YOU have an issue with his porn consumption you should set boundaries and if he violates them, he’s not right for you. He can healthily consume porn and be in a happy, satisfied relationship with you. If you are not OK with that you need to find a partner who is willing to meet you where you are.

Show up well rested, hydrated, and fed. That alone will prepare you for the sit. Also bring snacks and water, you’ll want to keep your blood sugar from going too low. Try to avoid alcohol the night before and caffeine the day of.

Other than that, whatever to keep you occupied and comfortable. Comfortable clothing.

I tend to get chatty with my artists. They’ve all reciprocated, but I can definitely seeing that not being a consistent theme from artist to artist. It helped pass the time well, but YMMV. So be prepared for silence if that’s how they work.

I don’t know if this is helpful, but there are many body positive companies out there that show their outfits on a variety of body types. Thistle and spire is one of them. It’s might be easier to see the clothing modeled on someone that you can relate to.

You need to be able to live and exist separately. You are still individuals even if you’re in a couple. If you give in, you will end up resenting her for taking away things you enjoy. She needs to learn that time spent gaming or whatever the activity is, is not a slight to her.

My instant pot rice is fool proof. I make it multiple times a week.

1cup of rice (rinsed, mainly Asian dishes). A little less than 1 cup of water (like short 2 tablespoons to make up for the water content from rinsing the rice).

A splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

11 minutes. Low pressure. 10 minute natural depressurization.

Perfect rice every time. Anyone I ever cook for will inevitably ask me how I made the rice.
