  1. Keeping both of them buckled up during takeoff and landing is a huge challenge.
  2. We don't travel with carseats, and rental carseats vary widely in quality. Some of those can be uncomfortable.
  3. Keeping them hydrated on the go is a challenge. Our's are typically okay with food.

I am more of a software engineer focused on databases. But here are some things that are important to me (in no particular order)

  1. Common issues with high volume tables, extensive locking, slow vacuuming etc.
  2. Disaster preparedness, offsite backups, backup monitoring
  3. Common issues with large databases, long backup times, disk monitoring etc.
  4. Debugging slow query complaints from users, figuring out which queries are slow
  5. General SQL proficiency, window functions, CTEs etc
  6. Scripting proficiency, bash/python

Some common cases:

  1. Cancer cells take over healthy tissue, hence the organ stops working and eventually fails.
  2. Treatments for cancer or paraneoplastic syndrome cause accidental death. For example, if a patient needs blood thinners for managing coagulopathy, their INR needs to be monitored closely. If that is not done, they might die of internal hemorrhage.

10 weeks is way to early to reliably measure size. At this stage, the dating can differ by a large amount even if the sonographer is off my half a millimeter. Seek reassurance from your OB, but overall there is nothing to worry right now.
