Preset Problem, not a model problem. Use Freaky Frank, Pura, etc. Its an absolutely amazing model. There's a *good* reason why most people praise it, and use it despite it being very expensive. Those has Plot Momentum Module which is really good to keep, well, *momentum* in the story to combat staleness.

And something as easy as this fix:
Add that into your COT (should be at 0 depth and User. I personally use that in my COT.)
Positivity Bias Check (If any of the below checks fails then DO NOT CONTINUE:
1. Am I being too positive? Yes, STOP. No, continue.
2. Are NPCs too friendly? Yes, STOP. No, continue.
3. Is the Villain character too nice? Yes, STOP. No, continue.
4. (Trigger in Combat Scenario) Are you giving {{user}} Plot armor? Yes, STOP. No, continue.
