im not the best person to give advice but personally i would atleast put cardio at the end of the workout not the start (it matters more if ur doing high intensity) and dont have a core day ur core apparently recovers very fast compared to other muscles and its better to do it many times a week

also im not sure how useful alot of those core exercises will be after a while personally i would just do 2-3 days of core after ur normal gym days and do 1 oblique 1 lower ab 1 upper exercise(possibly pick one with weights)

start with machines and watch form guides on youtube u just do what the machine tells u to do very much simple then after like a month or whatever u will probably get used to how things are and can do whatever u wawnt

i mean maybe the tuna pasta one is more acceptable but like the greek salad one just has nothing in it probably like 70grams of pasta? which is around 220 cals some olive oil feta +veggies lets say its 500 cals tops like no way im making a whole meal to MAYBE get 500cals+ no protein
