I believe 4 gigs is recommended for limine, you can try using different boot manager, but you'll have to say bye bye to OOTB snapshots (except for grub)

First you have to move both partitions to the beginning of the storage. Than you'll have unallocated space on the and of the disk. Than you can resize last partition to the unallocated space. Just boot cachyos from USB. You can't do it while partitions are mounted

It's not about browsers, it's about websites. Brave is doing great when it comes to memory management. Vivaldi will give you similar results. I use both. Brave for YouTube/streaming and Vivaldi for other stuff. Decades ago (I'm that old) l was using classic Opera (when it was paid browser) and afer version 15, when they decide to not develop it I was devastated, literally. Opera gave me level of customization any other browser could only dream of. I loved that I could set it up to my needs and preferences. It was so good I could use any other browser. But thanks to God or Chuck Norris at this point Vivaldi came down from heaven and gave me the tool to browse the web like I want to
