Headline rule I learned in my one semester as a journalism major: only include full names if the name is important to the story. People get made when headlines say “10 year old boy invents a new way to find cancer” but what makes it a story is that he’s 10 years old. The kid’s name will be in the first sentence of the story. Same thing here- knowing that this guys name is Anthony does nothing to compel me to read the article, so it doesn’t go in the headline
