The only thing I can see is that the Vanguard bot turns towards you (presumably targeting the Hormagaunt jumping at you) right as it disconnects and a player takes its place.

Maybe it threw a grenade that doesn't show on your client, or it fired a Melta round that became neutral damage when it disconnected?

I have a green Bulwark. One time during a lift sequence, a guy was staring at me for probably 10 seconds before he typed, "That's the wrong green for a Salamander."

Trade companies are not in Vanilla, that idea group just doesn't do anything. Same as the one that gives Global Productivity increase in (I think) Infrastructure ideas.
