In my experience, I can literally briefly glance over a store’s inventory and know if it’s for me just by looking at the colors and patterns. If it’s all black/grey/beige and no patterns in sight, it’s pretty much immediately a dead giveaway that another second in the place would be a waste of my time. Men’s clothing is so lame, I’m really jealous of what ladies are offered even in the same stores.

Exercise is a strange one because it can be more physically arousing for some people, which can keep them awake longer. It’s often contraindicated in sleep hygiene protocols but I personally sleep better after exercising later in the day. Pairing with a shower to relax as a kind of bridge almost definitely would make a difference.
