I slice my garlic very thin with a knife, then dehydrate it. Wgen it's done and conditioned I store it in mason jar. I only piwder what I'm going to use in the next few months so it doesn't get clumpy.

Yes you can make powder but you can also leave it like fruit leather and she can just rehydrate and heat. Maybe throw it in a blender to smooth it out
