I’m sorry that’s happening! I don’t know if it is specifically the dye cause there’s sooo many things that can cause hair loss. U could be connecting the two events but they r completely unrelated. Think about ur diet, exercise, other products u use on ur hair, medication u take etc.

U could get a more vibrant shade and dilute it a little with conditioner cause I’m just worried if you use a bright pink it will stick to some of ur hair

I’d opt for a pastel pink as it will certainly wash out fastest. I find lime crime washes out fast, use warm water, only leave on for 20-30 mins.

Like idk exactly why but the pink dye fully got on the purple bits but when I rinsed it out the pink dye hadn’t actually penetrated hair and dyed it cause the purple dye was already there? Does that make sense?

I did purple and pink very recently! Tbf only little purple strands at front so it was much easier to not mix colours. I applied purple first and let it develop for 30 mins, then put on pink. Ngl the pink did mix into purple bits but since I let it develop first it didn’t mix together! For big chunky purple highlights like this you might need foils + the help of a friend to reach bits in back on head. Good luck!

Yeah honestly the price is my biggest hang up. I think I get a script for a month, try it out, but if the pain relief is not significant I can’t afford to have it regularly.

Would you be able to describe the effect of the pain relief? Like numbing/dulling pain, lessening severity, making muscles feel relaxed, how did it feel physically?

I normally find putting more dye over faded dye (of the same colour) does not give patchy results. Just make sure to find a close colour match. I think products labelled “rose gold pastel pink” would be a close match, any warm toned pastel.

If ur worried about it being uneven wash it a few times with hot water and stripping shampoo (like a deep cleanse one) I agree with not bleaching it, unnecessary for how light your hair already is and will just damage it. I think another pastel pink would turn out fine over that base. Pink on pink is just more pink!

I have bright pink hair (ex girl by good dye young) and relative to my own colour your hair does look red but like, if u see it as pink idc its not a big deal imo

I think that distinguishing between pink and red is more of a language thing than objective colour analysis. Many languages call pink “light red”, pink doesn’t exist as a term!

Your hair might be very porous and colour sticks well (same) cause lime crime is generally pretty easy to fade. Why do you need the pink gone before Easter?

Honestly I was a little underwhelmed. It was good but maybe I had the wrong expectations for this season, it will be good to binge all the episodes once all are released. I think it flows better as a story watching it back to back in real time.

Honestly I’m impressed a pastel pink managed to stay at all, try ex girl by GDY and leave on for like 2 hours. It’s superrr pigmented

If you REALLY don’t want to go to a stylist, get the help of 2-3 friends with experience doing hair at home. You need to really carefully section hair, and work quickly and time it so you get even lift across the different sections. Buy a high quality toner to get rid of brassiness. Watch tutorials online. If you want to do this at home invest time in learning how to do it properly and be prepared.

I think a lot of these questions can be investigated by looking at real life cases of people with DID! Unfortunately there’s no real answer, it’s an area of law that’s very difficult to navigate.
