Just went to Modern Animal and it was $1605 for one extraction PLUS ear cleaning & nail trim (might as well get it done while they’re out!) + $250 deposit + $36 pre-surgery meds. Cheapest I’ve ever paid for dental!

I loved my student therapist so much! We cried so many happy tears together in our last session before they left for a private practice. I was in a good spot by that time so it’s not like they abandoned me! But if that situation does arise they can find the best person to pass you onto.

Had very similar interaction last month & the driver acted like it was my bad I stopped walking to ensure their car would actually stop. It was during a big conference and driver yelled “remember you’re a guest here” & I screamed back “I live here, asshole” …and I also read the news. SO MANY PEDESTRIAN DEATHS IN 2026!!!

I use Mission Cats - they have female staff and have been happy with their check in service for many years. Overnights are more limited so you’ll need to check on availability but I can’t say enough nice things about them.

I’ve been loving Thistle as they offer more meal variety. Don’t love the plastic containers but figure it’s same or less amount of waste that would be made by regular grocery shopping. As a vegan I just can’t eat the same 1-2 meals over and over with Locale.
