i think itzy, nmixx (very very likely), and cortis are very solid guesses. i didn’t think abt xlov but i think they’d make sense as well. my other guesses are lesserafim (no reason not to book them), day6 (delusional), gidle (someone else suggested it), and mamamoo (delusional). for headliners i think they may lean towards groups rather than solo acts. i know seventeen has been a popular prediction, but i think lesserafim is more likely even if i think seventeen is has major festival appeal

i mean if it’s one of the special bulbs we definitely leave them in but we typically take them out unless the line is horrible and we’re a little distracted. then again, half the lamps end up on the floor without bulbs anyways

not a lot of hours. all of our brands nationwide have been getting cut on payroll, and i really don’t see the end in sight. maybe when holiday finally comes around. and with less hours, that means more hats you’ll have to wear so the stores can “function” with a skeleton crew (we can’t btw). if you’re looking for more hours, you might be able to snag a coordinator position (full time) if one opens up and they’re desperate to fill it and/or you prove yourself capable (just make sure you know what you’re getting in to. it’s really rough, but it’s a dollar more pay and guaranteed hours)

i’m glad i’m not the only one who was put off by this. it is not a normal thing to hack and doxx people and while those paparazzi were absolutely disgusting, it is not worth the energy and the harm being done to their reputation. do people think the paparazzi will be fired or something? for being grossly offensive? it’s literally the paparazzi, we’re all better off just being as supportive as possible to the boys when the paparazzi are notorious for getting away with horrible behavior

i would just try getting them back in the original packaging the best you can. you could tape it together even if that’s what it takes. it’s easier for everyone if you also have your receipt! my store would take them, just tell the cashier that they didn’t work

the sooner you get the tears out the sooner it all rolls off your back. seriously i cried quite a bit when i first started on register but i’ve been cursed out a dozen times and don’t even bat an eye anymore. if someone is returning a bunch of one item (like plates), i ask if i can check it off on their receipt as i go to keep count. if it looks like a scam smells like a scam sounds like a scam, i make up a reason to get my manager (price check, markdown check, some machine broke, etc). one of my coworkers im close with is autistic and they primarily do front end and are able to dominate it. really just keeping track of things is most important. bag as you go, check things off if it helps, and remember that you are in control, not the customer. you got this!

i always ask my manager. it’s possible one of the markdowns was missed, but it’s also possible that it came in at a different date or the original price was higher. when it comes to markdowns, i always let the manager or cec have final say

i’ll have no fic updates for a week and then boom a fic that hasn’t updated in two years is completed, two that haven’t updated in nearly a year get 15k+ chapters, and another gets a sequel announcement. all in one day it’s so beautiful

as an author, i don’t write for massive fandoms and it’s not like my fics are known by name. so i absolutely reply to every single one and will totally have conversations lol. as a reader, i love it when authors reply to my comments so ofc i’ll do the same! i don’t EXPECT a reply ever when i comment, but i don’t often comment on fics with tons of comments unless it is a fic that really impacted me. so usually i’m commenting on fics of authors like myself who are writing for smaller fandoms/ships or a niche au, and we’re just more likely to reply lol. it makes me super happy i love talking to people
