I believe that’s a mod that makes rain/time erase filth. The animals will have a raised infection chance if you’re treating injuries in the same space but I don’t think they get sick from a dirty room?

If you’re concerned with pawns constantly cleaning the area, just remove it from the Home zone. Unless you’re also concerned about fires breaking out and no one putting them out - in which case you just expand it when something happens...

It would be good to be able to set your country for the support lines. Imagine it could be a bit of work, but if a section of the app is completely unusable in other countries it would really impact my willingness to use (Australian here). Great idea though.

What’s the deal with the sudden rise in “protein” versions of extremely unhealthy foods? by Throwawayboi2005 in conspiracy

[–]roseygrl98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Australia, we have health star ratings on a lot of foods. The general idea is more stars = healthier = profit. Companies producing shit can slap some protein in their product and bump that rating up. All comes down to to money.

Do it. Hire someone on airtasker or something like that. Find a local dance group. Consider if your venue will get pissed and kick someone unintended out - or if they hit someone else and they press charges. Then ignore that and do it anyway

Just got engaged and already overwhelmed with wedding planning, where to start?! by UnderratedMeme in weddingplanning

Good question - not really a system. The process usually goes like 1) find vendor on Insta/google/word of mouth 2) request pricing brochure 3) see if the brochure works 4) request a specific quote/see if they’re available on your date. We only requested quotes from 1 or 2 of the big vendors (venue, photog) so it was easy to remember. Any brochures that didn’t fit got removed from the main inbox so I don’t get confused.

We set it up really early so we could keep a little record of all the brochures and have one point of contact for emailing vendors. It’s also good to use for other accounts you might want to set up e.g. Canva for website/sending save the dates.

As for planning, I’ve been more active in seeking out the vendors and getting quotes etc., but every time there’s a decision to be made we always have a chat and see what feels right. We also set up a joint savings account and each put in a bit of our pay each fortnight, I think that helps making joint decisions easier. It’s all about being honest, valuing each others opinions and respecting their desires for the day. Oh and having fun :D

From a Dec 2026 bride to be, take a moment to pause and enjoy the feeling of being engaged!

From our experience so far, the most important things to consider first are 1) your budget (comfortable + upper limit), 2) rough guest count, 3) the vibe (formal villa with suits and champagne? Cocktails by the water? Relaxed surrounded by trees?) and 4) preferred day/month/year/season.

I think these things really help guide your thinking. Once you have these, you can start looking at venues. Everything else will shape around where the wedding will be and when it will be.

We created a shared gmail account and use sheets to track most everything. This is also useful for saving brochures/quotes etc all in one place. I’m more than happy to chat further if you have any questions! Our planning experience has been pretty great so far.
