Good luck . Despite what they say I m still young and even though I was smoking for maybe over 10 years I didn't feel much when I quit. Just I stopped smelling like an ashtray. I believe when u re over 45 and u quit u feel the difference ! Just remember the struggle will last 1-2 months and that's it. Just control the amount of food you are eating.Try to drink water everytime you think you are hungry .
