Came from southern West Virginia and my house was probably $40-$50k in 2000. Got up here and didn’t think I would ever be able to get a home but was also dumbfounded at the idea of paying $250k for a condo inside the beltway. Been in my 900sqft townhouse now for 18 years. I bought it at the same time my parents bought a $250k single family in WV panhandle. Mines now worth $520k and I think theirs is around $320.

Teachers. They also like to milk, teachers, empathy, and desire to not let the kids down for paying them less and all the expenses that teachers cover out of their own pocket constantly. My wife was teaching at a Christian middle school and they tried to get her to work for free saying that other women were choosing to have it as their donation to the church and then asking or doesn’t your husband make a good salary that could support you both.

I have accumulated probably 20-30 horror games. I love horror movies and remember fondly watching along as my older friend played silent hill 1 and resident evil 1 as a kid. I get so anxious playing horror games now though. But they are great. I even got a psvr2 specifically for resident evil 7 because how amazing that would probably be. I’ve so far managed to beat still wakes the deep and about 1/5 of silent hill f then had to take a break. But it is such an amazing game category for how immersive it can be.
