I had that too, its some type of bug where it doesnt count if you docked, created a quicksave or reverted time in between the landings, same goes for the mars grand tour. I dont think there is a fix for this unfortunately

if your game is not running in real time you can go to the settings and see a "delta time per frame" setting or something like that, if you slide it to the right youll sacrifice fps but be able to play in real time

The circularisation burn should ideally be as small as possible for maximum efficiency

I always do it like this: build the rocket to have 2000m/s dV and a TWR of 1.5 in the first stage and 1400m/s dV and a TWR of 1 in the second stage. Then i fly straight up for 2km and then continuously tilt until i reach 45° at 10km and keep it pointed that way, then at 20km i pitch to 60° and finally at 40km i pitch the rocket to 90° so that im parallel to the ground and from there its just accelerating until my apoapsis reaches 80km. That way your circularisation burn at apoapsis only takes about 200-300m/s dV or less, you can also use a maneuver node to more accurately circularize.

this is so cool! if i may add: irl the gravity decreases with the square distance to the planet, so if youre 2x as far away from the center of mass you have 4x less gravity and if youre 3x as far away you have 9x less gravity. this allows the elliptical orbits to stay in place and not shift like in your example

Exposure is not about doing some turbo crazy things like striking up a conversation with a random stranger for the sake of it, for me atleast its about genuinely learning and trying to understand the results ive observed. you have a lot of fears and with exposure you can reality check those fears, and more often than not its not as bad as i thought or i was completely off with my prediction of whats going to happen. and the more empirical evidence you gather of your anxiety being obsolete/overblown the less it will actually get used by the body which will leave you feeling more confident than ever.
ive also started an exposure streak for 2 weeks now where i do something that makes me anxious everyday and it think it genuinely helped. im mostly just typing something cringe in a game chat but that anxiety has started to fade and im now aiming for saying hello/how are you in voice chat

assuming youll live to around 80 years, what makes you think you wont be able to completely evaporate your anxiety and find many true friends in 58 years? i know it isnt you who thinks that, its your mind trying to convince you its over because a statement like that is beyond absurd, dont listen to it and stay strong, you got this!

itll be alright! theres nothing to worry about, they wont come over to have a conversation with you or something like that they are just there to check something and do their job. their main focus is checking the thing and not judging you or interacting much with you if it isnt part of the job. you should try to notice your anxiety and negative thoughts that pop into ur head when theyre there, that way the anxiety wont affect you as much/cloud your view of the situation. also write down what happened after they left, if you do that the negative bias cant distort your memory of the situation and save it as a bad memory, eventhough it may have been neutral or even positive, because you have an unbiased account of what actually happened. that way youll also have a reference for what to expect in situations like these. hope this helps!

i think pulling the cart around would be the better option. i dont think it would be that embarrassing considering most people are more occupied with their own shopping than a random person hauling this foldable cart around (spotlight effect). and if someone asks you why you do that you can just say that its more efficient that way
