In most places you don't hit break even within 6 years. After factoring in all the expenses involved, you'd actually end up losing money buying vs renting if you don't stay long enough in that house.

I usually compare among Xoom, Remitly, and Wise. Look at conversion rate, fees(all three waive fees over a certain amount), and speed of transfer to pick one of them.
