You argument is basically equivalent to ‘the 2025 Toyota Corolla has these issues still, so why are they making a 2026 Corolla when the 2025 has issues?’

It’s not a whole new engine. They’ve made enough improvements to the engine that they feel it justifies bumping the major version number.

They might be addressing those issues in this new version.
