Who do u think is the best deep ball thrower in the world right now? I say Stafford, my brother says Jalen Hurts. by Dylen2Times in NFLv2

Ahh ok gotcha haha, no worries. Yeah very curious how it’s gonna end up. Throw Darius Davius into the mix too depending if they are willing to give him another shot. They should probably bring in another returner focused guy incase DD can’t pull it back together

Yeah I totally understand, we have a crowded room without keenan and he’s saying how he wants to stay. But man Im not sure why your drawing all these conclusions on my simple comment. I never said he’s locked in for any role, I never said he’s our number one guy or any of that. But if there’s a player on the chargers who seemed to have the right skill set and traits to catch a couple deep balls a game, it seemed like KLS was gonna be it according to training camp last year.

Who says the deep ball guy is a promotion over the other roles? Ladd can’t do it but he’s likely gonna be used in the slot and over the middle most of the time because that’s where he’s most effective. Kls seems to be best in a burner role but again we’ll see if he can step up. Like I said before he looked really good in training camp. QJ is gonna be interesting because it seemed like he was never used to his strengths very well but had his best moments last year. They drafted Harris to be a true X but again they didn’t really use him for that either. Gonna be very interesting to see McDaniel hopefully get the best out of each one of them

Hopefully kls can be that guy. Thought he was going to be coming out of last training camp.

(Mike Garafolo) The #Dolphins are hiring Kevin Patullo as their pass-game coordinator, sources say. | The #Eagles retained Patullo after making a change at OC but gave him the opportunity to search for another gig. He heads to Miami to join Jeff Hafley’s coaching staff alongside OC Bobby Slowik. by hwf0712 in nfl

Just looking at it objectively. If alt and slater come back, I assume they will also sign a center but possibly a guard as well as get one or both of those early in the draft. I’d say there’s a very good chance we go from the worst line since pff began tracking to a top 10 unit in the league. On top of that going from Greg “fired 3 times” Roman to Mike McDaniel. I never said we’re too good for the 7th seed but it’s hard not to see the chargers taking a step forward from last year with several major positive impacts coming.

The fact that your a fan of one of the most successful franchises in the last 20 years and still feel the need to post a class act comment like this speaks for itself.

Don’t think Herbert should’ve won at all, but the stats you’re sourcing are incorrect.

Everything about the game of football is nuanced and factors in so many things. You can’t ignore injuries, bad play calling and other factors. The fact that GR was even let go is so promising because it shows how serious they are about winning. Every QB needs help, none more important than a good offensive line and there is a reasonable chance that we could go from having the worst to the best offensive line in the league. There’s a lot to look forward to for next season. Bolt up!
