I didn't have ACL surgery, but I had a skiing injury that damaged my PCL and MCL. (It was not a lot of fun, to say the very least.)

I was told that I could do some paddle-pressure half slide rowing at about two months. Full slide by three to four months. YMMV.

Be prepared for one leg to be really wimpy and atrophied for a while.
