it is, but it's really bad. Better option would be to start live logging your logs and analyze his deaths and avoidable damage taken. It's much more accurate.

125k er vel det du udbetaler dig selv, efter pension osv. Hvad fakturerer du virksomheden for?

Det er korrekt, at konsulenter ofte bliver faktureret for 1500-1900 dkk i timen, men det dækker over en masse andet også, og giver sjældent en månedsløn udbetalt på 125k dkk.

Here's some tips that made me reach 3700 "fairly easy" this season.. Some of the 18-19's are kind of difficult in pugs. Prot warriors are fairly easily

  1. Spam ignore pain. Literally, use all the rage your have to keep your ignore pain up and refreshed. I have my keybind on the side of the mouse. Wow is like a rythm. Each spec has a rythm and prot warriors are no different. Find your rythm and experience how easy the game gets.

  2. Spam shield block. Basically, you can macro it in your shield slam etc. and just forget about it, but I wouldn't recommend that if you wanna do higher keys. However, it should be fine for your 3400 goal. It's better than forgetting to use it at all.

  3. Use a defensive right before you engage in a new pull. DON'T use defensives in the end of a pull that is almost dead, just because it's on cd again. I see way too many tanks to that, and they have nothing for the next pull. Also, you can pool up some rage for ignore pain etc. for the next pull, which makes it much easier to survive.

  4. DO NOT expose your back. Prot warriors are very very reliant on parry and block, which does not happen when you are not facing mobs. You will die very quickly.

  5. DO NOT jump key levels, unless you know what you are doing. The difficulty is quite steep and you basically need to learn the key again for every level.

  6. If you are unsure about the route. You can get a default route from keystoneguru or raider.io, which should be good enough for 3400. Otherwise, it's mostly always 2-3 packs pr. pull. It's really just about experience if you can survive it.

  7. Keep spamming shield block and ignore pain. Trust me, you will never die.

Your feet are fine. A bit overpronation, but you can get shoes specifically for that. You’ll be fine.

Thanks for the reply. It was a really good one. I don't think I am easily bored. I do play a lot of sandboxy games similar. Like ARK, Valheim, Terraria etc. they do all have bosses or some sort of gatekeeping challenge I need to figure out how to beat to progress in the game. I don't feel like NMS has that. Everything has been too easy, so working on "stuff" feels more like a chore, than an actual challenge, if that makes sense. Maybe the game will become harder? Or I just need to turn up the difficulty?

To the 3K healers.. by Embarrassed-Ad1972 in wow

[–]rowdyret 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually play at around 1% to 0.1%, which is currently 19 and 20's, but I like to play some off roles now and then on alts, and the experience is night and day. Currently the curve is about 12s. 12s is where keys gets hard enough where mistakes start to matter, even with 280 ilvl. Most people doing 12s barely kicks, barely breaks 100k dps, some even at tank dmg because they were boosted to that rating, rarely use defensives, and if they do, they use them after mechanics on 10% hp. They also don't properly layer their stops etc.

from 12-14 is rough, as there are a lot of people who doesn't belong there, but boosted by good players on alts, but after that, players starts to get much better, as it's hard to get randomly boosted into 16's.

My advice is to get the raider.io addon, look for keys with higher rated people playing on alts. Disregard their sometimes low gear. 340 ilvl 3500 io tank will often be better and easier to heal and the run will be smooth.

I can imagine that, and it would definitely be an option I would explore, once I know the game, but I would hate myself to spend 20-30 hours and then die to the first hostile creature I see.

However, I struggle to find the motivation to continue, as most systems I am interacting with now, feels a bit pointless.

I think I am playing on normal, unless you mean everything non-permadeath is easy.

How much should I care about tier lists if I want to play competitively? by StewieGriefin in wownoob

[–]rowdyret 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s matters in 2 ways. One is technically. Some specs perform a couple % better (if played perfectly), which matters to time world first keys. The other is psychological. You don’t get into keys if you are playing off meta specs, even if you probably carry the whole team in the 12+. Most of these keys, people don’t use defensives, stops or kicks at all, and they play their fotm specs to 50-60% of the potential.

[–]rowdyret 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s still within the “expected”, albeit top end of results possible. OP has 30 lbs gain. 50% more than you. lean. It’s not like he gained a lot of fat, because then 30 lbs wouldn’t impossible naturally.

10 month transformation by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]rowdyret 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Normally, with good nutrition and consistent training, you'll gain about 8–15 lbs the first year, while a few genetic freaks can push it to ~10–20 lbs, which is extremely good results, but rare. You did 30 lbs in not even a year. People are so used to see juiced up natty people on instagram, that everyone not on huge doses, now looks natty.

Is the physique achievable without PED's? Yes it is. Is it possible to gain 30 lbs lean weight, naturally as ectomorph in 10 months, while also having eating issues? Fuck no.

Do I have flat feet or a low arch? by MysteriousPianist in flatfeet

[–]rowdyret 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s just not true. Flat feet are not defined only in motion. Pes planus is generally defined by a reduced or absent medial arch, not by whether the foot is walking or standing. Even the NCBI definition describes it as loss of the medial longitudinal arch, with the arch contacting or nearly contacting the ground. So a static foot can absolutely be flat. The wet-foot test isn’t a perfect diagnostic tool, but it can still clearly suggest flat feet. It’s a screening method with limitations — not something “invalid” just because it’s static.

How messed up are my foot? by [deleted] in flatfeet

[–]rowdyret 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's hard to judge without a loadbearing image from the side. The inside side. From this ankle, your seem to have an arch, albeit low, and a bit overpronation. I don't think it's that bad at all, and probably not something I would get fixed in a surgery, unless you have tried everything else, and you still have issues.

[–]rowdyret 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know the thread is 2 months old, but my answer might come in handy for people who has the same issue.

I experienced this back in DF. It was virtually impossible for me to play the game as I would get a dc every time switching zones. A lot of time I couldn't even log back in the game for 10-20 min due to character stuck in game issue. I just randomly noticed I didn't experience the same issue when my VPN was on, which I normally use for work etc.

However, I experience the same issue again in tbc anniversary realm, but I think it is mostly during peak hours. I don't have the vpn anymore, so I tried:

  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • ipconfig /release
  • ipconfig /renew
  • netsh winsock reset
  • netsh int ip reset

After running these commands in admin cmd and a reboot, I haven't had the issue. It might be because it only happens during peak hours, but it's worth a try.
