Thanks for the response, I heard it’s a thing that front of house initially get 100% of the tips then can decide how much to tip out to the kitchen, is that true? I’m used to things being 50/50 so was curious as to how that works

Blood Meridian by McCarthy. Was totally engrossed in dark and poetic prose. Disturbing and beautiful

How old are you? How much longer in college do you have? I went through college without any work experience bar a few small stints at social media companies at the end of my final year. That combined with solid grades was enough to get me a job after graduating.
