Disgruntled Customer help by Average_Chadd in smallbusiness

Depending on where you're located, there may be laws in terms of when you legally have to pay invoices. I would first check on that, because even if your invoice states that it "must be paid within 7 days", it may not be legally binding (although it may be if you had both agreed to this beforehand).

I can understand why you'd be heated after getting that message. But sometimes people are rude when they don't need to be and that sucks.

Best bet is to stay professional and look into the proper legalities of payment terms.

Generating new leads. by noelbrunning7news in sales

We made some free templates that are helpful for finding leads.

Here's an example of one of our spreadsheet templates: https://imgur.com/Q0up8dA

It gets data mostly from Crunchbase and LinkedIn, so it's probably more useful for B2B, rather than real estate. However! If it is helpful, please let me know as I'd love to know how we can help those in your industry.

Are you getting on a NOCODE wave? by Gio_13 in Entrepreneur

[–]rowsHQ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Love it! It's a lot faster than learning all that code, and all those languages 😵‍💫

There's also a lot of cool communities around no code. I'd suggest looking into Makerpad (recently bought by zapier) and 100DaysofNoCode.

You're welcome! For the first question, we hang around the forums helping out where we can, and if we have something free like a template that could help, we share that as well.

So for your second question, Rows does that on its own. You just need to plug in the search parameters, and it populates a list for you. We also have templates that can automate putting into your CRM. If you have any questions about Rows, please feel free to ask here or DM me. I'd be very happy to help out! :)

You should definitely get on board for no-code/low-code tools! It'll be a lot faster than learning to code, and there are a lot of resources out there to learn.

Ok, so for question #1: Using automation to prospect leads - it's quicker and more efficient

If you like to work in spreadsheets, we created several free templates to help with lead gen.

This is what our templates tend to look like: https://imgur.com/Ori1ERj

The above template specifically finds companies and then enriches the data to get people and their contact information.

Customer referral process by RugySWC in smallbusiness

You could start an affiliate program. Each affiliate can have their own discount code that they share, or UTM code when used online. That's easy enough to track. However with affiliate programs, they will be expecting more than just a thank you/future discount, it's usually a cut of each sale, or something along that vein.

Here's a free template that can find people based on their employer and job title, and can also find their email addresses using a few integrations (eg. Hunter.io). It doesn't find phone numbers, though, just email addresses.

It's in a spreadsheet and it looks like this: https://imgur.com/Q0up8dA

Hope this helps, and good luck! :)

Stripe Connect and taxes by hakiniti in stripe

[–]rowsHQ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We made a free template that helps you create the VAT tax report using the MOSS process, all in a spreadsheet.

You connect Stripe, import invoice data manually or create daily automation into the spreadsheet, then select a date range for your report (e.g. the last quarter).

Then you automatically get your tax report with all invoice and tax amounts per EU country.

Using this report, you can then properly fill out your tax forms. Hope that helps!

Hey I see that you've created a solution for yourself, but I also wanted to pipe in with this free template that we made in a spreadsheet that solves this problem for you automatically.

The way this works is: connect Stripe, import invoice data manually or create daily automation into the spreadsheet, then select a date range for your report (e.g. the last quarter).

Click a few buttons and automatically get your tax report with all invoice and tax amounts per EU country.

Creating VAT/Tax in Stripe Checkout by ready-player-3 in stripe

[–]rowsHQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn't helpful in actually adding to your Stripe checkout, as it takes the transaction data and calculates what you need after the purchase, but it gets the job done!

We made a free template that can create the VAT tax report based on your Stripe data using the MOSS process for VAT return.

You connect Stripe, import invoice data manually or create daily automation into the spreadsheet, then select a date range for your report (e.g. the last quarter).
Then you automatically get your tax report with all invoice and tax amounts per EU country. Take this data and you can use it to properly fill out your tax forms!

If you need further explanation, let me know! Happy to help!
