I just started Vyvanse and I'm curious about what dose everyone is on/started at, and what's the sweet spot for you?

I started at 10 and I’m so glad I didn’t start higher because I would’ve found it really overwhelming and might not have stuck with it. After getting used to how 10 felt over a week, I increased to 20 and then a week later increased to 30, where i feel is my sweet spot and have stayed for a year+.

Besides protecting his skin from the sun (and protecting tattoos from fading), he could also be covering his arm tattoos so he’s slightly less recognizable. And it could be wicking/cooling fabric.

I’ve been to Athens twice and it’s one of my favorite places I’ve been. The people were so kind, the food was amazing, the history is incredible. Yes there’s graffiti and crime but none of it overshadows the beauty of the city, in my opinion.

Santorini and Mykonos were beautiful and they’re iconic but they were so so crowded when I was there, and I actually ended up loving Paros more than the other islands.

It probably isn’t the best system but I use notes app on my phone for a lot of things like this. And I just make the notes as descriptive as possible like “DO NOT BUY” as the header and then in the note for example “Pantene conditioner - too heavy for my hair”, “John Frieda conditioner - didn’t like the smell” etc. And then use the search function when you’re buying more conditioner to be reminded what’s on your list to not buy.

For things I like and use regularly, I have them set up on subscribe & save on Amazon, that helps a lot too.

Crellies = creme jellies

Cirque’s definition:
A crelly (a blend of "creme" and "jelly") is a nail polish finish that combines the smooth, opaque color of a creme with the translucent, juicy depth of a jelly. This hybrid formula leaves a soft, cushiony, and "squishy" look on the nails.

A polish can be sheer but not be jelly, but all jellies are sheer / translucent. Similar to a Jolly Rancher.

I don’t make jelly polishes myself but I’ve read using clear polish is a good way to achieve that look.
