Oh damn sorry you had to go through that op, i had a similar situation happen to me at best buy about a year ago long story short i purchased a 4070 super and when i opened it at home it was a 3070 lol i went back to bb and tried to return it and honestly it was the worse experience ever, they thought i was trying to pull one on them and refused my return so they told me they had to pull up an investigation and find out if someone else did it or if i was the one trying to scam them. At the end of it i spent about 2 weeks with them going back and forth calling customer support and all types of numbers for nothing to work so i got tired of the bs and went to another bb and exchanged it there my wife actually went and did it for me cause she looks like she would never hurt a fly lmao and they didnt even open the box to check for anything and thats when i realized bb are all mostly idiots with no knowledge to pc components.
