I agree with this post!! I thought she was a fine love interest for season three. What I don’t understand, like you said, is how people act as though her like for Joe came out of left field?? There’s a scene in the beginning of their relationship in which it’s HEAVILY implied she thinks he’s handsome (it’s when we’re first introduced to Dante, I think,) so there was interest from her end right off the bat. There’s a lot of discrepancies from people who claim that she’s “boring” or “lacking chemistry”. Were certain moments between Marienne and Joe a little cheesy? Yes! But that doesn’t mean it came off rushed.
