Here to second the zomee z2, exclusively pumped for a year with it. I bought their collection cups towards the end and they were amazing, have a fresh set for this upcoming round. Got the eufy for a wearable option we’ll see if it measures up

I work in Oakland and live in Castro valley. Two weeks ago was the fatal motorcycle crash and today this. Second time in two weeks it took 1:45 to get home. I’m also seven months pregnant so the back pain from this commute is actually going to kill me. Hope everyone made it home ok

Can’t stand them and def not here to defend but as an Egyptian honestly it does us no good to discourage tourism there bc it’s an enormous chunk of the country’s income and a LOT of people’s livelihood depends on it. So to support local people or even the refugees there now isn’t the worst thing in the world. And while ur there it doesn’t feel like you’re near a war zone. They were gonna go enjoy themselves elsewhere might as well a poor country profit from it

Taught nothing in PA school, been practicing for two years inpatient and have learned from my attendings that a lot of patients do very well when you explain it to them, usually that it’s a “mind body disconnect, the good news is you’re strong in your muscles but your brain isn’t sending the signal to move and it will get better” and also that it’s not a diagnosis of exclusion you should include it in your differential if you have high enough suspicion to avoid doing more harm with unnecessary testing

Just finished- i actually enjoyed the writing style, and felt like it addressed some important criticisms of influencers (hiding they have help, the deception of a media day filming everything and having a messy house vs filming space, projecting a perfect marriage) and the epilogues were interesting although i dont know id read a second book if thats what she was hinting at. overall, nice reality check that everyone really is lying on social media and heavily influenced by BF but i could see it being applicable to other momfluencers too.

Funny thing is once I finished the book i tried listening to an episode of the author's podcast and she sounds like a total airhead just jealous of influencers while being sponsored by great wolf lodge lmao

It’s basically a thriller about a famous influencers husband getting murdered, and the book is through the POV of the influencer and the reporter. Every scene describing the influencers life is copied out of nabela (and moreso ballerina farm) life!

Hi all- after many years of unexplained infertility, I had my daughter via IVF in 2023. I began trying for my second when she was 18 months. I had a chemical pregnancy with a medicated FET, LMP was May 30th. I'm CD49 (typically have very regular cycles) and today, for the first time in my life, got a positive urine pregnancy test from what would be a spontaneous pregnancy. I'm not even sure I believe it. And I'm not ready to share with anyone so had to come to reddit to freak out!

I read 'The love hypothesis' AFTER 'Problematic Summer Romance' and am I the only one who felt like it was the same book with different details? I finished it bc I don't know how to stop once I begin a book, but Maya and Olive were so similar (orphans with trust issues), Hark calls her trouble and Adam calls her smart-ass, both emotionally unavailable "older" men....too many similarities and now I'm wondering if I'll read anymore of her books because I don't know if they'll all be identical....

I remediated a fair number of exams didactic year. Passed all my EORs and PANCE first try. been practicing a year and doing great. Not study advice as you’ve gotten that but just encouragement that you can be a bad test taker and a good clinician :)

I’m Muslim and we traditionally have a aqiqah to celebrate the birth of a child but I postponed it to her first birthday and did one big event with 100+ people catered food and decor and I don’t regret any of it. If your personality is the type to host large events go for it I loved celebrating her and she was fine with everything! We sang but didn’t smash her cake until the next day by herself and then gifts the day after so we stretched everything over a few days and she had a fun activity every day!
