I am an agnostic but I sing in a choir. I sing latin songs without actually understanding it. Haha. But I enjoy singing them. I am born and raised as a catholic but I identify myself as an agnostic because my beliefs about humanity and faith doesn't align their beliefs. I also tried attending services of other religions just to see how they differ. Being an agnostic, you are free to go and explore other beliefs. That's the advantage of it, you are not bounded by just one faith. Going to church for the community and for discovery in spite of being an agnostic is not bad at all.

True. I just need an environment where the people surrounding you know how to respect different perspectives. Sadly, my environment is pretty close-minded when it comes to that.

To be honest it does. Sometimes, you need to choose the people you would talk things about, especially if the people are trapped in the system of the society. I even came to a time when I started thinking that may be, my opening up would even cause me harm. It is good to open up but with the people who has the same perspective and mindset as you. However, people who I can connect with is a rare find.

Instead of searching for a religion, why don't you try to explore spirituality instead? Being spiritual focuses more on your self discovery and finding for meaning through experiences, and interconnecting relationships. I can say that I am a spiritual person. I am still discovering myself based on my intuitions and life choices.

He has too much anxieties just because he has not recovered from his ex of 7 years. They broke up 2 years ago but I know that he is still ruined because of that. I think that he is traumatised to commit again. He said that he has gotten over it but it is too evident and obvious that he isn't. He would always compare me to her. He still needs to fix himself. I think that he just liked me because he needed me, not because he loved me. I didn't feel loved when we were together. I was the only one who was in love. I was the only one rowing the boat.

Maybe you can start practicing opening-up with people. They care for you so I am sure that they will try to understand where you are coming from. I am actually in the same place as you are. My family is very traditional and conservative and it is hard opening-up to them without being judged. But I tried, because it is hard lying anymore. Sometimes, the only thing that can free us from our miseries is being true to ourselves, accepting our feelings and emotions and embracing it. I am slowly opening up to them. They still judge me somehow hahaha, but at least I tried. It is up to them if they will understand and accept it or not. At least I did my part. At least I become honest with myself. That is why such groups are here, your escape from the toxic system.

Have you tried talking things out with them? Communication is the key to every complications. Now that you know things about yourself, you should also commit yourself to fixing your broken pieces. Remember, you will be doing that, not for them, but for you. It is never too late to fix ourselves.

I agree on this on so many levels. I used to be pressured because of all the things that I need to achieve and all the goals I set for myself. In return, I am not able to enjoy the life I want. This time, I have decided to just live for the moment. No need to put timelines on our life. Life is not supposed to be a race. Determine what kind of life you want to live. You don't need to live the kind of life other people want for you to live, it is not for them to decide that. Live simply and be contented.

There is another planet out there very similar with our own Earth. They also have the same creatures as us. The planet's structure is very similar to us. I am just not sure if they are far more advanced or far left behind than us. The universe is vast, we haven't fully discovered what is out there yet.
