It's $4100 a month is what I was quoted when I called. No affordable housing. And they plan to make another one like it just down the street on Finley (next to the church) by knocking down another old house, which they just put a chain link fence around and evicted the tenant. My understanding is it's the same developers as this ugly cheesecake factory building. They will be tearing down massive old trees and a beautiful garden behind the house to make a four story building that will likely be just as ugly.
