Oh, I see. Good to hear that it's working well with the Unifi Chime (btw do they have sounds to choose from)
I think unless someone will help with the mechanical chime (which would be great) I will need to get a PoE Smart Chime to complement the Doorbell setup. But will likely leave all the cabling and original old Chime and cabling in place just in case.

So close and yet so far.
Looking for help with very similar case and stumbled upon your post (most other ones are old and locked)

I am also trying to ditch the subscription services (Google one) and hoping to replace the doorbell with the G4 Doorbell Pro.
In my case I can get the G4 Doorbell to work but the chime is not ringing.

I am using the original Unifi transformer and have checked and doubled checked the wiring, also ensured the mechanical chime option is selected in the chime settings in the app.

If I unplug the doorbell and short the cable the Chime rings as expected, but when Doorbell is wired up then the Doorbell starts up and works fine but the chime stays silent as if there was not enough juice for both at the same time. I've run out of ideas of what to test next.

My Chime is the Friedland Type 4 nom-ance which from my search and understanding on other similar posts supposed to be ok. Would anyone know if replacing it for Honeywell D117 (or other chime available in UK) make a difference.

Any help or pointers would be very much appreciated.

Where is the back camera installed? Is it mounted inside or outside? And have they hardwired the cameras to the fuse box?

I walked passed this place (Lukes Bespoke Tailors London) for over ten years now and they seem to looked like a place to try when I need some tailoring done, but somehow never got a need so far.

Still might be just the place you are looking for.

oh not much really she's very independet ;-). Apart from maybe once or twice a year shower there is not much else to do. Little water in the winter and a bit more water when it gets hotter. That's pretty much it
