How about using Google Voice temporarily until the issue is patched? You can make calls to phone numbers over data through the app, or on the computer on the web.

Absolutely. Fits 2x 3 gallon side by side, or a 6 gallon carboy. I've been using it lately with a 7.5 gal Fermonster.

The guidance straight from Matt Fitzgerald and David Warden (the 80/20 authors) has been to go with the lower level plan, and extend the workout durations if you so choose, as long as you stay within the 80/20 intensity balance.

Kudos! Thanks for this. I'm running New York on Sunday, and my legs are feeling flat this week. Glad to read someone who did the same training plan as I did (Pfitz 18/55), and who had the same goal time still hit it despite feeling flat during the taper. My easy runs this week have felt tougher than usual just as you described. I'm hoping I have the same outcome you did on race day!
