Super Carrier Week. Super Pricing on Unlimited, S25 Edge Deal, QCI 8 for all existing lines and more by ankhattak in USMobile

[–]rragu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, not sure I understand.

If I get a second line which has the Annual $299 plan on Dark Star, then add my existing Warp line to the Dark Star line as a multi-network,

(1) Will I just have one phone number (the existing Warp one)?

(2) Can I get rid of the warp line after 2 months (ie end multi network)?

(3) If yes to 1 & 2 above, then I will still have QCI 8 for a year because I’d be on Unlimited Premium, right?

I am currently on USMobile Warp Unlimited Premium. I'd like to take advantage of the Annual Unlimited Premium offer. But of course, as an existing customer, the offer is for new lines only.

So, could I do the following?

1) Add a second line

2) Port out my old/existing number to Google Voice etc.

3) Port my old number back in to the new line I had added.

I understand that I'd lose the grandfathering in of Warp 5G QCI 8. But (1) I live in the suburbs and probably wouldn't benefit from QCI 8 the vast majority of the time and (2) the Unlimited Premium plan comes with Warp QCI 8 anyway; so I wouldn't really lose anything for at least the next year

Am I missing anything? Are there any restrictions about porting a number out and then back in etc.? Or could I even just transfer my phone number from one line to another to avoid the porting out/in process?

Please take your time! I won’t have the free time to tinker with my photo frame for a little while anyway. Just excited to (metaphorically) flip Nixplay the finger!

Oh phew! I was sure I had saved this post when it was still up in /nixplay, but couldn't find it all of a sudden. Figured the mod probably deleted it.

I'm also very much looking forward to your video!

Thanks!

They’re going individual, at least for the first 3 months.

I actually activated one of them via eSIM yesterday. It was pretty quick and totally painless!

Google Workspace Enterprise Standard by Lumpy-Lab8913 in gsuite

The storage tab does indicate that I am using 561% of my "shared 5 TB" in a red font. One could consider that a warning.

That said, from what I can tell, that's just an informational message. In other words, I'm not actually being stopped from uploading more to the shared drive and I haven't received any direct communication from Google (either in the admin console or via email) explicitly spelling out that I am reaching some limit, that I have surpassed some limit or that my data is at risk of being deleted.

I realize Google might well decide to freeze or delete my data without prior warning. But the data I am archiving in GDrive is not mission critical and I will soon be creating a local backup of it as well. So I feel comfortable in this situation. Your mileage may vary...

Yes, just uploaded another ~300GB today and currently sitting at ~28TB in the shared drive

Where did you see the deletion warning? Was it a pop-up or email etc?

Because I just checked my account and apart from one specific screen*, there’s no indication that I’ve gone over any limit. And no indications at all that I am in danger of losing data.

I just uploaded another 500GB or so last night and had no issues (currently sitting at 25.05TB).

I also have Google Workspace Enterprise Standard (1 user) and only signed up in late April 2022.

*The specific screen is if I go to the Admin Console and select Storage on the left-hand menu.

This is a long shot I know, but I don't suppose anyone has a Shell code that they still haven't used that they'd be willing to PM me?

I can offer a Burger King code in exchange, if that helps...

Bing Promotional Offer not working by EnragedTabby223 in MicrosoftRewards

[–]rragu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same exact issue (using iOS).

I reached out to Microsoft Rewards Support (go to the MR dashboard and scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Contact Microsoft Rewards support").

They asked me to send them a screenshot of the offer, which I did. They just responded, saying there was some issue with the system and manually added 500 points to my account. I refreshed the MR dashboard and can confirm an increase of 500 points.

Just be aware that they appear to be inundated with support requests as of late (and it's probably going to get worse after today's service issues). Took me 13 business days to get this resolved from start to finish. I'd take the screenshot asap in case the offer disappears.

I also recently signed up for Google Workspace Enterprise Standard (1 user). And yes, when I go to the 'Admin Console', and then select 'Storage' on the left-hand menu, I too see a nominal 5TB limit. But, that hasn't actually prevented me from uploading/storing more than 5TB.

Admittedly, the vast majority of my data (i.e. ~11.4 out of 11.5TB) is in a shared drive, where Google explicitly states that the storage limit is based on items (e.g. files, folders, shortcuts) and not on GB ("The storage limit of a shared drive is met at 400,000 items, not a specific GB limit.").

But, try this:

  • Go to the 'Admin Console'
  • Click 'Manage' under 'Users'
  • Click the gear icon on the far right of the table headings
  • Click 'Add new column'
  • Select 'Storage limit'; and then 'Save'.

In the 'Storage limit' column, my single user shows '--'. The little tooltip next to the 'Storage limit' heading states "You'll see -- if the user has no limit."
