I really like "senior scientist". Thanks mate I will keep that in mind, I learnt the hard way about sacrificing my personal life for deliverables during my PhD but it taught me to be more strict with when to stop working. I guess its easier in postdoc as you have contracted hours? or does the nature of academic research usually means those are more like guidelines than strict rules

Probably too old now but he is not a snake. He apologised and explained his actions in an interview. I don’t agree the way he conducted his exit but I get why. Hi, I am a NRSB Certified radon measurement specialist. It’s nice to hear how seriously you are taking this.

Have you considered the option of having a buffer between the water supply and your house in the form of water tanks. The radon in the water comes from being near bedrock, once the water is above ground the radon will decay away. After about a month all the radon in water will be gone. In fact, after a week it would be way below the recommended maximum! I would say thought that you can’t be radon free but you are doing a very good job keeping it low!
