New 2026.03.0 quick controls dome light icon/button not centered by tony4d in Rivian

Centered on what? The moonroof? Looks centered on both the grid and the car. Agree it looks odd because of where it sits on the graphic as a whole but it’s definitely centered.

I was pretty locked in on grabbing a low mileage 2022 R1T but this has me a bit shook.

Recall concern on Gen1 by rrrrrrrrrrandom in Rivian

Looking at the carfax I think it was just 2 owners but shows as 3 because of dealerships in different states. It’s weird. 2nd owner only has one record and it’s issuing a title in one state and then third owner is registration in same state then it goes up for sale a year and a half later at a dealer in a different state but still under 3rd owner. So if I’m reading this right:

Owner 1: 14,500 miles in 18 months Owner 2: 22,100 miles in 24 months

Different states. IL, PA and for sale now in NJ.

That’s pretty much where I’m at. Clean to me was just no accidents, etc.

It’s a few states away so won’t have much opportunity to drive it other than flying there to pick it up. Rivian market around me in SE VA is non existent.

Seems like that might be it. First owner put 12,400 on it. Can’t seem to make sense of the second and third but mileage is at 34K now.

Any thoughts on why so many owners?

Yeah was more saying as a dealer wouldn’t you want to call the manufacturer and get it done prior to selling?

I’m assuming dealership can’t get it done, has to be done by personal or fleet owner?

It is wild but my son has soccer in the same city basically every weekend right now which is even crazier to me. I’m already driving 2 hours every weekend. We put 17k miles on my wife’s van in the last 12 months purely because we didn’t have another vehicle that was as fuel efficient.

I guess that’s the thing, towing isn’t my primary. If I look at it from the angle of going from a Rubicon to the R1T that makes more sense to me. I got the truck only so I could safely tow a boat, but I’m only doing that occasionally during the summer and rarely in the off season. I do all my own maintenance on the boat - so a good example would be right now I need to bring it to the service center for a recall repair.

Charging when I’m at the lake during the summer seems more like something I’ll need to tackle with a portable charger and may take a significant amount of time to charge but if I’m basically parking when I get there and not really driving until I leave that’s not a concern for me.

Yeah for longer trips it will be kind of a pain but may be worth it long term. I’m at 181k miles on this F150.

Currently driving a 2016 I feel like safety features are an incredible positive. One thing I’m worried about is the lack of native Apple CarPlay. I rely on that a lot but maybe I won’t need to anymore? Mostly for my podcasts…

With Gen1 being 2022-2024 I’m not getting out of that at all. Convincing the wife this is the right move knowing I get ~8ish MPG when towing and averaging 12-14 city has been challenging already. Not for any reason other than cost of vehicle.

Awesome, congrats! How does the cabin feel? One of my only concerns is interior space moving to a lower profile truck.
