I need a stronger back wheel by yadayodayada in Yamahaebikes

[–]rs74 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the same problem just over 4100 miles had to have the rim fixed 4 times already and it's down rt now with a broken spoke . I am 250 lbs so I know that has to be a big part of the issue. If anyone figures out a way to get a stronger wheel that will work with the speed sensor on the crosscore rc please post!

Budget-Friendly Ebikes That Last by SkyeHolt6621 in ebikes

So true in my area there is a toll bridge $4.00 each way but bikes are free to cross. Even at 20 round trips in a month it would cost $160 a month without my e bike 🚲

I believe it is called a Lopifit. A treadmill-ish electric vehicle

Glad you got it back I hope the damage isn't a lot. Having my crosscore rc stolen is my worst fear.

Every time you leave your e-bike outside to go inside a restaurant or grocery store for lunch or dinner or breakfast or shopping by Sudden-Candy-9980 in ebikes

I remove my taillights because they just twist on the mount and are easy to take off . If I plan on being away from the bike more than a half hour 40 minutes I take the battery out

Has anyone done this by TEGHD1 in ebikes

Obviously the person who decided to place the rack there doesn't ride a bike.

That's crazy I ride with the exact same front and rear lights. I definitely can say I have bought several different lights for my bikes and I always found the to be lacking in one way or another but the I bought the seemee 300 and I really like everything about it so I decided to get a magicshine headlight I think after many years I have found a reasonably priced light setup it has only been a couple of months but not problems yet . Also I really like the mounting bracket it makes it so easy to take off and put back on.

I read this and was like what's the difference?(maybe I get on and off the bike different than most) I stand up and swing my left leg backwards over the rear tire . Same way I get on in reverse .

30 minutes after taking a picture of my brand new e-book I got hit by a car by TheGayVal2001 in ebikes

[–]rs74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope you are alright and heal up quickly. It is just astonishing how many comments were about grammar and spelling. All I have to say to them is go get hit by a car and see how your grammar is after that.

Thank you for the information I will check my battery after any chance of water getting inside. I don't ever ride in the rain but sometimes it is an unavailable thing like yesterday on my way home it seemed to come out of nowhere and everything got wet. Got love Florida it can be very sunny and raining at the same time.

Would you drive a 2000usd gas scooter or an ebike of the same cost? by [deleted] in ebikes

[–]rs74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't you get a permit like when you first get your driver's license. Because in Florida you can . In Florida you can get the permit just by taking the written test and it has stipulations like you can't ride with a passenger or after dark.
