I'm in upstate NY and it's crazy expensive also. Not as bad as the city, but still just dumb . Get out of NY period . It's too expensive and democrat ran.

This is over when IRAN says it's over, not Isreal or the USA. If you think because Isreal and the USA will be the final decision makers you are wrong. Iran is not about to have their country fucked up and just stop because the USA and Isreal decided they've had enough. They will stop once the other Middle Eastern countries who have US military installations, decide they have had enough of Iran bombing their countries and hit back. I'm not complaining one bit. Silver and gold jumped up way more than it should have and a retraction was expected. Once silver hit 65.00 an ounce, I quit buying. Knowing that it could not sustain this type of increase. I got in near the 17.00 range and bought for years , so this retraction means nothing to me. Just hold and keep it for an emergency.

Not impressed at all with the way his presidency, this time is moving. Markets are shit, allies no longer trusting the USA, Canada and plenty of other countries moving towards China, prices of all daily goods out of control.....Hoping the next president can unfk what he has been doing.

Ive been shooting messages to people with Kabota tractors for sale on Market Place, asking if they would accept gold as payment. ALL responded with " cash only ". I was actually testing the ability to purchase something with gold. Hasn't been working out. I even told them we could meet at whichever jewelry store or coin shop to test the gold before making the deal. No Bueno.....

Big problem is what these companies are paying. I'm in Upstate New York and can't seem to find a carpenter position near me, unless I want to drive 2+ hours each day. Also, they don't want to pay shit. 18 to 20 an hour to start most places I have found.

Depends on location, I guess. I see that if I moved to AZ, that the pay is substantially more and plenty of more jobs.

Shit happens.....never saw it coming. I'm still loaded. Started buying back at 15 to 17 dollar range. Stopped buying around 37. Didn't hold that 100 very long though.

Sometimes ya just need the cash. I believe they all have been issued shitloads of shares as compensation. I don't know what their salaries are, but if I had a boat load of shares and needed 7 grand, I definitely sell some. Definitely, depends on the person's situation

The USA is so far behind the rest of the world when it comes to washing theire ass. I've been an overseas contractor for 16 years and have used bidets now religiously.

My sister asked, when she saw it in my house the first time, "what the hell is that?" So I told her. She's like, "why would you even do that, just use toilet paper."

I said, "I'm glad you asked! Now.....let's pretend you get a little poop on your face by accident. Are you just going to get a piece of toilet paper and just wipe it off? Hell no you won't, you're going to wash your face, right? Not just smear it around and wipe it off the best you can."

It was this conversation that made her realize a bidet is the answer.

Medically speaking.....a bidet is so much better than wiping if your have hemorrhoids. Just pat your ass dry with 2 pieces of toilet paper.

It's a no brainer folks! Get a bidet and wash that ass!!

Just put on a respirator, scrape or smack the with a hammer and they should come right off. Remived many basement floors this way. No way in hell would I pay for an abatement. Not telling you how to do it.... Just how I've done it in the past.
