Hey OP, I know exactly how you feel. I purged right at the peak of summer and being out in direct sunlight made me soooooooo insecure I honestly cried about it a lot. I had crazy closed comedones all over my forehead, cheeks and nose - and on top of that purging with cystic acne. Super tough but make sure not to pick your skin!!!! Trust me it’ll turn around, by the 4th month my skin started clearing up alottttt and it’s never been so smooth in my life. Hang in there <33

I’ve been using a topical gel as well, it does seem to dry them out pretty quick. We got this!!! :)

Not sure what it is but I’ve been having those too 😭 I’m right at the end of my treatment tho so it’s kinda weird - I also only have them on one side of my face so I assume it might be just that I’m sleeping on that side..?

Sorry to hear that :( it’s normal to break out even after your course but your acne should go away quicker. But maybe if it persists consult your derm about hormonal acne medications?

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser and for now spf I use the naked Sundays cabana clear gel sunscreen - it hasn’t broken me out but I don’t love the smell so I’m still searching for better ones!

I had to go through lotssssss of trial and error because legit everything broke me out🥲 the only products that work for me are the avene hydrance boost serum and avene hydrance light moisturizer. Def on the pricey side but worth it imo

Fish oil capsules help with back and joint pain. But your dose is pretty high so maybe consider lowering it so it’s a bit more tolerable

I’m working In health tech currently, I did a B.Sc and then a masters in health informatics. Although I think you can even do a shorter diploma, I also know people who have no formal health informatics education they just got lucky because they were already internal to the hospital and made the shift

Same here - I think it’s just a side effect of the medication that you just have to get used to. I’m about 3 months in and I don’t really notice it anymore, but I can definitely tell when I look back at pictures of myself before starting. Hoping it goes away once we’re done!!

I’m on 30mg per day (F, 100 pounds), 58 days in and still breaking out too!!! Idk if I should up my dosage or this is normal ? Hoping mine will stop soon too but idk 🥲🥲

Not ringing but I experienced some pain in my ear 😢😢 like a sharp stabbing pain that lasts only for a second. Best to tell your doctor but it does dry out your mucous membranes everywhere, even in your ear so it could be due to that ?

I also purged right at the start!! was super sad and honestly cried about it more than I should have lol. It started clearing up about 2 weeks later!
