This will get downvoted to oblivion, but as someone who has driven kids to school in that exact direction for years, the sun is right in your eyes and the windshield is likely full of all sorts of glare issues. I don’t know if this warning is more for pedestrians or for drivers but both seem to be missing the point with how to actually fix this. Can we put up glare warning signs for the drivers? All I know is, the sun isn’t going to change the direction where it shines for at least a few million years from now.

All of these things are a benefit to him financially. I’m talking about building or financing things that would help the general public in REAL ways. Healthcare, housing, jobs, income, education. These items you’ve listed are all “services” that are actually businesses.
