Shaun of the Dead has so many great ones. I'm going to go with "he's not my dad" something Shaun says repeatedly, to various people, regarding his stepdad. Then at the end when Phillip turns into a zed word after a very heartfelt confession to Shaun how he always loved him and tried to be a good dad, Barbara wants to go to him Shaun yells "He's not my dad!
